Wallonia is home to the French-speaking Belgians that immigrated to the US throughout the 1800s, many of which settled throughout New York. The Wallonia Wit boasts complex and unique flavors from the various types of wheat and barley that make up its grain bill in addition to the traditionally added orange peel, coriander, and other spices.

Illumination Bohemian Pils
The 42nd parallel has been home to some of the world’s greatest luminaries. Writers, philosophers, and craftsman whose creativity, risk taking, and foresight have inspired generations. The Illumination Bohemian Pilsner is brewed to be as authentic as possible to the birthplace of real lager, Plzen, and uses only Czech Saaz hops and the best European malts available. Crisp and refreshing yet very flavorful, Illumination boasts a slightly sweet malt character with a prevalent spicy and floral hop profile.

The Treaty of Ghent (Belgium) was signed to end the War of 1812. It began two centuries of peaceful relations between the U.S. and Britain. This dry and tart Saison holds true to this authentic Belgian style. A simple grain bill and limited spice additions allow the complexity of this yeast character to shine through with aroma and flavors of light fruit and lemongrass.

Enforcer Double IPA
Cities on the 42nd parallel are tough. And so is their hockey. This double IPA pays tribute to some of hockey’s most famous enforcers, the tough guys that roamed the blue lines to keep their teammates out of harm’s way.
The Enforcer features a heavy and complex citrus and piney hop character, balanced by a light malt flavor. Like any bruiser, it’s big, aggressive, and unsympathetic.
